Shipping Policy

  • Shipping providers are experiencing delays due to heavy volume and service disruptions. Products may take longer to arrive than normal.
  • All Online Orders take 24-72 hours to process.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is in stock and in the store, we will ship your order in 2-3 business days. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive to us, and will be promptly shipped to you.  
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.

By completing your purchase, you agree that the shipping address provided is correct. Due to security protocols, addresses cannot be modified after order placement. If a shipping error is identified after dispatch, we will attempt a "Return to Sender" request as a courtesy; however, these requests are not guaranteed by the carrier. QUIRK AUTOGROUP assumes no liability for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer-side entry errors unless the package is successfully returned to our warehouse.
